ELMIK s.r.o. | NERO 600

NERO electronic sirens are sirens used as direct substitutes for old mechanical sirens, much like the Technologie s.r.o. eRotor sirens. The NERO sirens are manufactured by the Czech company Elmik a.s. 

They come in 600W (four-horn acoustic head) or 1200W (eight-horn acoustic head) power series, and were seen in bidirectional horn configurations only.

The NEROs use compact siren controls and can be activated locally and remotely. They can be distinguished from other sirens namely by their sound - NERO sirens use a recording of a mechanical DS977 siren in order to imitate mechanical sirens as accuretely as possible.
