I. Ownership
The Czech Siren Tech logo is an exclusive intellectual property of the Czech Siren Tech project and is protected by copyright law.

II. Permission to Use
The logo is freely available for download and use for journalistic and editorial purposes, as well as for partners, sponsored events, and collaborations.
Any commercial use (e.g., merchandising) or for the propagation of one's own work is prohibited without the written consent of the author.

III. Modification
The logo must be used exactly as provided for download on this website and as further specified in the following guidelines.

a) Protected Zone – under no circumstances may text or illustration interfere with the graphic elements of the logo. The logo must not be covered in any way.

b) Color Variants - Full black color, HEX #000000, is used for the black variant and black backgrounds, while full white color, HEX #ffffff, is used for the white variant and white backgrounds.
1. Permitted Variants
a. Black Siren logo or black Siren logo with black text on a white background.
b. White Siren logo or white Siren logo with white text on a black background.
c. Black Siren logo or black Siren logo with black text on a transparent background.
d. White Siren logo or white Siren logo with white text on a transparent background.

2. Forbidden Variants
a. Any logo colors other than those specified in Section III, No. 1, letter a., b., c., and d.
b. Any background colors other than those specified in Section III, No. 1, letter a., b.
c. Any inappropriate color background on transparent versions of the background that impairs the legibility of the logo.

c) Scaling - minimal logo size:
1. Siren logo
a. For physical printing -  25 x 25 mm
b. For electronic multimedia - 100 x 100 px

2. Siren logo with text
a. For physical printing - 50 x 50 mm
b. For electronic multimedia - 200 x 200 px

d) Miscellaneous Modification - The following is forbidden:
1. Beveling
2. Disproportionate changes to width and length
3. Rotation
4. Any other deformation

IV. Context of Use
The logo must not be associated with content that is illegal, offensive, or that could cause damage to the reputation of Czech Siren Tech.
It must not be used in a way that would falsely imply partnership or endorsement where none exists.

V. Historical Logos
All previously used logos are subject to the same Terms, with the following exceptions:

a) Historical Czech Siren Tech logos may only be used for editorial, educational, and documentary purposes.
b) When using a historical logo, it is necessary to include a notice that the logo is outdated.
c) In relation to letter a., Section V, it is prohibited to use the logo in a way that could convey the impression that it is the current
visual identity of Czech Siren Tech.

VI. Withdrawal of Consent
Czech Siren Tech reserves the right to withdraw consent to use the logo at any time based on these terms or at its own discretion.
