Meet ES ALERTONE, the first full-fledged siren from Czech Siren Tech
We are introducing you our first fully functional and full-featured electronic siren - ALERTONE. A siren made with passion and precision, designed to fullfill our full expectations on what an electronic siren should truly look like.
Made as a direct successor to our old electronic siren Howler, the siren features all basic equipment and features from the previous model, although completely rebranded and redesigned.
The device now contains all new and professional components, which are required and installed with all regular electronic sirens used in professional settings - such as well made, quality amplifiers, power supplies or back-up batteries.
We've updated the siren head as well - It now contains two separate aluminium horns, which ensure a correct stereo sound and take of a louder, penetrating sound, which cannot be missed.

The siren head has been redone in such a way that it can deliver a better sound to the environment. That matter begins with additional horns. All electronic sirens in Czechia must have at least a single pair of acoustic horns.
This is because most European sirens use a two-channel sound by default. First channel is of a lower frequency, whilst the second one bears a higher frequency. When the two channels (sound frequencies) are paired together in a natural way, the sound will start to vibrate and pulsate. This results in it being way more clear and audible. Not only you can hear it, you can even subtly sense it!
The acoustic head carries two horns, installed unidirectionally, (facing one direction) which allows us to better direct the full acoustic pressure to a desired direction.
We chose premium quality aluminium horns from AL Solid. The new horns include new driver units as well.
The Unit
The Unit
For the "brain" of our siren, we use the highest quality metal enclosures from the national manufacturer SEZ. The enclosure meets all the most stringent electrical standards. The cabinet is lockable to prevent unauthorized access.
Inside the cabinet is a control panel with a microcontroller and a control board equipped with a simple LCD screen alongside an input keyboard. The siren includes fundamental playback storage device with the ability to expand or change any voice or acoustic recordings at any time. All basic components, such as a service outlet, circuit breakers, a battery power regulator and high quality acoustic amplifiers are present as well. Additionally, two batteries provide power for the entire device, allowing it to operate in stand-by mode for more than 5 days in the event of a power outtage. The siren control unit is equipped with a specialized software, protected by a password against unauthorized manipulation. Any of the settings, including the password can be changed anytime.

Our siren uses quality switch-mode power supply from Swiss manufacturer Traco Power, which ensures safe and reliable electrical operation of the siren in accordance with local standards, and laws. This power supply fullfills the regulations issued by the well known German DIN standard.

The amplifiers inside the siren's control box are powerful acoustic devices from PSE Elektronik, capable of handling up to 500W of electrical input. The control unit of our siren includes two of these, which makes the siren eligible for a total of 1000W of output power. This means that the siren could handle at least four acoustic drivers for four horns.
